Millie's wheel chair

Hi calicowillis, first, I would like to know if Millie's hind legs are stiff?
The wheelchair hasn't been well adjusted. Here's the solutions. Please follow the guidance below, thank you.

ⅠMove the support saddle forward for 2-3 inches. Fasten the straps tightly.

(1) Support saddle.
(2) Move the support saddle forward for 2-3 inches.
(3) The straps on your picture are too loose.
(4) Just fasten the saddle straps in a correct way as blow picture.
Ⅱ Retract the front bars back for 1-3 holes to shorten the chair.

(1) Retract the front bars back for 1-3 holes to shorten the chair.
(2) The head of the front bars should be behind front legs, as blow pic shows.
Ⅲ On the pictures, the front harness was set incorrectly. Just follow the guidance.

(1) The front harness are made of three belts: Belt A, Belt B, Belt C.
(2) Put A under dog's neck, B across his back and C just behind front legs.
Ⅳ If Millie's hind legs are not stiff one, put them into the feet stirrups .
