Hi Jackie, Here's the solutions. If the problems still unsettled, we'll make a new chair for Ninja.

ⅠMove the support saddle forward for 2-3 inches or more. Fix the saddle straps with clmps and fasten the straps.

(1) Support saddle.
(2) Move the support saddle forward for 2-3 inches or more
(3) Fix the straps' positon with clamps.
(4) The saddle straps should be fastened in a correct way, so that the support saddle won't loose.
Ⅱ Extend the front bars out for 2-4 holes to lengthen the chair.

(1) There're severals holes on front bars for length adjusting.
(2) Extend the front bars out for 2-4 holes to lengthen the chair.
Ⅲ On the pictures, the front harness was set incorrectly. Just follow the guidance.

(1) The front harness are made of three belts: Belt A, Belt B, Belt C.
(2) Put A under dog's neck, B across his back and C just behind front legs.
Ⅳ The feet stirrups was so high on your picture.

(1) Elongate the stirrups.
(2) Put rear legs down a bit..
