How to place an order?

Since June, we sell our wheelchair on http://www.ebay.com. If you prefer to ebay transaction, pls advise your dog's weight, then we'll place an nwe item that fits your dog for you bidding.

1) Learn which pet wheelchair is best for your pet and decide which type of cart you need. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions

2) Ask us for the prices and discount for the pet cart by telephone, email, etc.

3) We'll send you a questionnaire which is necessary to fill in. The questionnaire includes the dog measurement, dog's photos, your contact information, shipping address, etc.

4) Have your dog measured according to the measurement chart, complete the questionnaire,and submit it to us by email. This is very important and need to be done carefully.

5) We will confirm your mail promptly and add up the total amount for you (including shipping fee)

6) You can send us money via Western Union( faster than other ways), Paypal, Moneybookers, or via Bank (Wire Transfer).

7) After your payment, we start to manufacture the pet wheelchair according to your measurement. It will be done in 3-4 business days.

8) We send the photos fo dog cart to you to review.

9) After your confirmation for the photos of pet cart, we'll ship the package according to the addresses. We will inform you the tracking # after the shipment effected. Normally the package will reach you about 4-9 business days. Somtimes it can be delivered faster.It depends on where you are located.

10) We would appreciate if you can feedback when you receive the package.

Shipping

Allove Pet Wheelchairs will make every effort to satisfy you and your pets. All the carts will be shipped within 3-4 business days. For shipping we use EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT to ship the cart to you, usually shipping cost is between $50 - $80 for international order. We will provide you with a tracking number after shipment so you can track the status of your package on the express company"s website.

Return Policy

There is a 7days trial period for the pet carts, a full refund of the cart cost will be given if not satisfied with the carts and our solutions. The cart must be returned clean, in new condition and free of all traces of the pet. Deductions will be made otherwise. Shipping is never refunded. .

Encouragement Policy:

A second order for an adopted dog can be given 10% discount.
